This virtual session will take place on May 19 via Zoom and serves as the culminating learning experience of the BLK Leadership Accelerator.

Participants will identify one critical organizational priority and develop a practical, actionable strategy to address it. The Capstone is designed to move learning into execution, helping leaders translate program insights into tangible organizational progress.

Through guided reflection and planning, leaders assess where their organization currently stands, clarify what needs to happen next, and outline realistic steps forward. Emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, feasibility, accountability, and alignment with mission, values, and capacity.

By the conclusion of the Accelerator, each participant will leave with a working plan that supports organizational sustainability and leadership clarity, ready for real-world implementation.
