The Closing Ceremony will take place on June 2 at The Vessel and serves as a collective moment of reflection and recognition for the BLK Leadership Accelerator cohort 3.

This gathering creates space to acknowledge the work completed throughout the program, celebrate leadership growth, and recognize the commitment participants have made to their organizations and communities. Leaders will reflect on key insights, relationships built, and the strategies they carry forward beyond the Accelerator.

The evening centers on connection and acknowledgment, bringing together cohort members, facilitators, and partners to close the program with intention. The ceremony affirms the leadership journey participants have undertaken and the clarity, confidence, and direction gained through the experience.
