The BLK ED Leadership Pod is an opportunity for members to spend productive and quality time with other BLK ED members to learn from each other’s failures, successes, and everything in between.

Leadership Pods will consist of 5 – 7 members who are in similar stages of their nonprofit lifecycle.

The BLK ED Hot Seat is a form of group laser coaching of 5-10 people. Facilitators and consultants will help a collection of participants examine a problem or concern within their organization and help them determine the best solution to that problem or concern.

Our annual conference is a unique opportunity for members to come together and share their experiences, learn from one another, and discuss strategies for achieving our shared goals.

The BLK ED 1:1 Coaching/Mentorship program aims to build effective and supportive relationships between mentors and mentees. Our mentors will work with you to set goals and support you in achieving them. They will provide guidance, advice, and encouragement to help you succeed as a Black nonprofit executive director.

Our program has a high retention rate of 75% for mentor/mentee pairs following the 10-month programming.
