Rooted in Restoration:A Retreat for Nonprofit Professionals

Recharge. Reflect. Reconnect.

The BLK Executive Directors Network Presents…Rooted in Restoration: A Retreat for Nonprofit Professionals. A one-day immersive retreat designed to help nonprofit leaders pause, recharge, and gather practical tools for sustainable, authentic leadership.

Leading a nonprofit is powerful, meaningful work, but it can also be exhausting. Between funding challenges, board expectations, staff support, and the urgent needs of the communities you serve, it’s easy to put your own well-being last. Over time, that constant giving can leave leaders depleted. That’s why the BLK Executive Directors Network created Rooted in Restoration: A Retreat for Nonprofit Professionals. This retreat is designed not just as a day away from work, but as a strategic pause and a chance to refill your energy, reconnect with your purpose, and strengthen your capacity to lead.
