The BLK ED Hot Seat

The BLK ED Hot Seat is a form of group laser coaching of 5-10 people. Facilitators and consultants will help a collection of participants examine a problem or concern within their organization and help them determine the best solution to that problem or concern.

  • Our facilitators and consultants are experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the challenges facing Black Nonprofit Executive Directors. They'll offer valuable insights, practical advice, and effective strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

  • The BLK ED Hot Seat is about finding solutions to your problems and concerns. Through a series of targeted questions and group discussions, you'll be able to identify the root causes of your challenges and develop effective solutions to address them.

  • At the end of each session, you'll walk away with a clear set of actionable steps to implement immediately to improve your organization's performance and impact. You'll also have access to ongoing support and resources from the BLK ED Network.
